Review=Excellent

The one thing that I would like to say to the author regarding this literature is Thank You!

When reading the art of various creative writers, it is easy to judge their grammatical errors but you can tell a talented writer by the passion of the message that lies within their written material.

 However, Mr. Niles Manning has written a powerful message to young men especially young African American men in this story.

I say to you, if you are parenting or mentoring adolescent males please take the time to read this story and if you are ok with the language please pass along this book to your teen and young adult males; the intensity and present time environs will hold the interest of young men until the final chapter.

I encourage you to join me in patronizing this newly inspired creative writer!

You can purchase this ebook on Amazon.com Kindle book store. Happy Readings.

WOW! I read this book in one day it was a real page turner! I really feel like I got more value than I expected from purchasing this book. The author did an excellent job of grasping reader’s attention using three different short stories to teach valuable life lessons of domestic abuse.

Although the language is vulgar, I think that ladies ages 15 and up should read this book to gain insight concerning the signs of domestic abuse, and the importance of leaving a relationship that involve domestic violence. Overall I would recommend this book as a great read for 2014!

Excellent Urban Fiction literature for a cozy winter season!

I can remember my sister reading the first sentence in this book and saying "I am going to purchase this book because I know that it is good" and I followed with " I will wait until you read it and then I will purchase it"; seeing that I am the kind of reader who is attracted to  the book cover illustrations and the titles. However I became intrigued enough to purchase this book since my sister would not allow me to read her copy before she read it first. I became even more inquisitive and I must say that Tayari "Told this story"! Just when you begin to question your family dynamics, this book will assist you in understanding that you are not alone. Let's just say I was in tears by the end of the chapter!

Launching

Greetings my fiction reading bloggers,

Today's post will present an overview on the mission and expectations of introducing an Urban Fiction reading and writing blog. As some of you may have familiarized yourselves with my profile but just in case you haven't taken a glance, I would like for you to know that I not only enjoy reading Urban Fiction; I have also began to write a few Urban Fiction short stories of my own, and I will post a synopsis of my short stories on this blog.

However, I developed this blog because as an avid Urban Fiction reader, I found myself searching for urban fiction books that are not completely driven by illegal substances and sex; do not get me wrong I do enjoy tasteful romance and illegal substance usage that Urban Fiction provide but over exposure kills the enjoyment.

As a Chicago native of seasonal climate changes, I begin to read extensively both Urban Fiction and Non-Fiction literature, and I recognized that I enjoyed urban fiction books that provided summer description settings during the winter months; winter based description settings provided an increase of enjoyment during the summer months, and in the fall months I found that I enjoyed engaging in African American Fiction Literature (Heritage Reading I call it).

Therefore, I thought why not create a blog of both Urban and African American Fiction to assist other readers in selecting great authors to read each month. I will Post the title of the book that I am currently reading followed by a book that I have read for each season. I hope that you enjoy and Thank you for visiting Neo-Soul Urban Fiction!
